Silverstone Hilton is a high-profile 114,841 square foot project located at Silverstone Racetrack. The hotel occupies a trackside position alongside the Hamilton Pits Straight, overlooking most of the track and directly opposite ‘The Wing,’ which will be connected to the hotel via a walkway.
The hotel offers areas of hospitality and media space for the annual F1 Grand Prix and all the Silverstone events. The hotel is comprised of 197 bedrooms with a restaurant/bar terrace, coffee shop, hospitality suites on race days, and a roof terrace.
The loan was completed in March 2021.
