Permitted Developments Acquisitions: We take a commercial asset and convert it into luxury residential apartments. Eitan Eldar has a vast knowledge of the local council/government sanctions and provisions designed to simultaneously retain and enhance established former office buildings for residential purposes and we are able to benefit from it. By doing so we maximize the potential of the asset.

Another model of residential development we are using is land acquisitions: We identifies and acquires spacial land opportunities with potential for high quality and specification apartments.
