His Career

As a self-made millionaire, Mr Eitan Eldar has become highly recognized in the capital markets and investment banking space throughout Israel. Throughout his career, he has been actively and successfully involved in a wide range of portfolios, from financial services to real estate projects. He has participated in these not only in Israel but on a national level. 

Recent Years

In recent years his focus has been on investment banking transactions where for most he has been the originator. His success at these is attributed to his expertise, along with a fresh creative and innovative approach to the required finance structuring and valuation. He has taken a leading role with key alliances and has been deeply involved in multiple major activities. He has been recognized for his involvement with several companies listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange(TASE). The Oil and Gas Drilling industry has become the object of his attention for the last three year.

Aside from building his reputation in the financial field both in Israel and internationally, Mr Elder has acquired many controlled holdings in a variety of different companies which are both private and publicly traded. In part, Mr Eldar’s skills have been built upon his experience as a lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions. He has put this to good use for building his national enterprise holdings. His entrepreneurial approach has allowed him to complete a long list of financially sophisticated transactions and takeovers.
